Underwater Odyssey: River Snorkeling with Russ Ricketts

February 21, 2017 @ 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

As part of our Environmental Film & Lecture Series, explore the beautiful underwater landscapes of North Central Washington with images and cinematography by  river snorkeler and guide Russ Ricketts. While many of us enjoy the dramatic geology of the region and have peered into the pristine depths of the many beautiful rivers and streams, a glimpse of Ricketts’ world is awe-inspiring. Sean Koester of Cascade Fisheries Enhancement Group will use Ricketts’ images to talk about river health, the dynamics of the aquatic ecosystem and give an update on local river projects.

This film is being sponsored by Cascade Columbia Fisheries Enchantment Group.
