The Oil and Vinegar Cellar

The Oil and Vinegar Cellar in Leavenworth is a new business that’s opened to rave reviews. And owner Taelor Fineburg will be bringing some of her much-touted oils and balsamics to our 8th annual Winter Wine Gala on Saturday!

Offering unique oils from Tunisia and vinegars from Modena, Italy, Fineburg has a myriad of savory and tart concoctions in her shop – including Lemmon Pepper olive oils and Pomegranate balsamics.

This Saturday she’ll be bringing three types of infused oils and three of her unique balsamics to sample. There will be bottles availble for purchase – the proceeds going to the Museum for arts and education.
