The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center and Write on the River are excited to partner up for “Hallow-read,” a Halloween-themed open mic night for all local writers.
On Wednesday, October 16th, from 6-9 PM, get ready to share your spooky writing with Write on the River’s first annual “Hallow-read,” at the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center! Your story, poem, or spoken word can be spooky, scary, or sweet, as long as it is in the spirit of Halloween.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Guests will have a chance to compete in our costume contest, dressed up as your favorite author, literary monster, or your own twisted creation. We are offering prizes for the best costumes throughout the night!
Doors will open at 5:30 PM.
Those interested in reading are required to register no later than Monday, October 14th due to limited spots.
