Blast off with us as we experiment with gravity and build amazing flying machines and rockets. \n  \nGrades 3 – 5: LEGO Robotics I \nJoin the museum’s Robotics Coaches\, Lara Hays and Adam Walker\, as they introduce you to the basics of LEGO Mindstorm robotics programming. Learn how to build a LEGO robot and make it move! They will also show you how to use First Lego League competition skills\, which include core values and task completion. \n  \nGrades 5 – 7: Checkmate Champions \nJoin us for an entertaining week playing one of the oldest and most popular games in the world! Learn the rules\, basic strategy\, and techniques for winning this two-person game. Students will also have an opportunity to participate in their own chess tournament\, playing against different opponents and testing their skills.
