DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center for First Friday Latino in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month\, for an evening of art\, dancing\, music\, food\, and crafts. Featuring local artist Ivania Photography who will display photography related to Quinceañeras\, along with an explanation of the importance of the tradition in our community. Learn how to make traditional papel picado flags and colorful paper flowers. DJ Music and dancing lessons start at 7:00 PM. Get your dancing shoes ready\, grab your friends\, and come have some fun! \nAdmission is free all day starting at 10:00 AM at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center on the first Friday of every month\, and hours are extended to 10:30 PM with light refreshments and snacks offered after 5:00 PM. \n\nWenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center and North Central Regional Library are also hosting a FREE MakerSpace on First Friday from 4:30 – 6:30 PM. Featuring a laser cutter\, sewing machines\, cricut machine\, and 3D printing. Some materials will be provided but you may also bring your own. Join us to explore\, create\, and make!
