DESCRIPTION:Join Our Valley Our Future and the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center for this Community Q&A Session: Moving into the Future. The pandemic has illuminated many regional issues and accelerated trends that were present before COVID became a household word — working\, shopping and learning\, for starters. The panel will discuss how businesses and organizations today are innovating\, building resiliency and planning for the future\, and what the region could potentially look like in 20 to 30 years. \nPANELISTS:\n\nRob Blakey of Stemilt Growers\nRichard DeRock of Link Transit\nStacy Luckensmeyer of WVC\nKaren Francis-McWhite of Department of Commerce\nJim Kuntz of the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority\n\nMODERATOR:\n\nRufus Woods\, Wenatchee World\n\nThis hybrid event will be held in person in the Museum’s Performance Hall\, and streamed on Zoom and on Facebook. Questions may be submitted in advance to info@wvmcc.org\, or live during the event in person\, via Zoom Q&A\, Zoom Chat\, or FB comments.
