We offer weekly enrichment classes for kids with a wide variety of classes for students entering K-6 grades in the Fall of 2022. \nGrades K-1: Wee Science \n9 AM – 12 PM\nDo you like experimenting with all kinds of materials? Join us as we have fun with chemical reactions and experiment with surface tension and bubbles. Let’s be scientists for the week! \nGrades 2-3: Secrets of Science \n9:00 AM – 3:30 PM\nExplore Science! Discover crazy chemistry including explosions\, bubbling potions\, and chemical reactions. Experiment with Engineering – design bridges\, create robots\, and test out circuitry and discover why things move. \nGrades 4-6: Wild About Science  \n9:00 AM – 3:30 PM\nScience can be WILD! Come and discover mind-blowing facts of our mysterious animal world from bizarre bugs to nature anomalies. In this camp we will use our observation and thinking skills to learn about just how wild science can be. \nREGISTER HERE

SUMMARY:Yoga Basics with Dianne - On the Wells House Lawn
DESCRIPTION:Yoga Basics On the Wells House Lawn with Dianne \nWednesdays in July – July 6\, 13\, 20\, and 27 at 10 am. \nWells House 801 Nelson Ave (located on the Wenatchee Valley College Campus) \nImprove your flexibility\, balance\, strength\, and relaxation using basic yoga postures and breathing techniques while enjoying the charm of the Wells House.  We will be outside on the lawn of this historic house. \nDianne McCammon will lead this small\, adults-only yoga series. Yoga Basics is slower-paced and focuses on developing a clear and safe alignment of fundamental postures. This series of classes is designed for beginners\, those recovering from injury or anyone wanting to refine their current practice. Come learn\, play\, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome. \nSign up for all 4 sessions or decide to come that morning\, you have the option.  Walk-ins are welcome.  If you preregister for all 4 sessions\, the cost is $40/members and $50/non-members.  If you don’t want to commit to all 4 and would rather decide weekly\, the cost is $15/session.  Please bring exact change or a card and we will register you before class.  You can also sign up online. \nDianne is certified at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance and is a Registered Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists. \nPlease bring your mat and water. Space is limited. We will be following health and safety guidelines issued by the Chelan Douglas Health District and the State of Washington\, including facemasks if mandated. \nRegister here.

All concerts start at 7:00 and are free.\n\nAll groups are ensembles from the Wenatchee Valley Symphony. \nThe Wells House is located at the end of Nelson Street on the Wenatchee Valley College campus.
