DESCRIPTION:Join us on the first Saturday of the month for Family Saturday. The Museum offers free admission from 10 AM to 4 PM on the first Saturday of every month. Visit the Museum and the newly upgraded Coyote’s Corner on Saturday\, August 6! \n\nThanks to funding from Wenatchee Area Rotary clubs\, Central Lions Club and Chelan Douglas Retired Teachers Associations; and work done by the City of Wenatchee the first phase of our remodel project is complete with an expanded space\, new stairs\, paint and cabinets.\n\nDon’t miss the installation of the Washington State Superintendent’s High School Art Show winners for 2022. Since 1973\, the Superintendent’s High School Art Show has honored excellence in the visual arts. Students from all nine of the state’s educational service districts (ESDs) participate in this artistic celebration each year. The finalists from these regional ESD shows are invited to participate in the Superintendent’s High School Art Show. \nOne of the award winners is Anessa Hanson from Wenatchee High School. Her painting is titled “Sunflower Meadow.” Her teacher is Reed Carlson. Visit to the Museum to see Anessa’s painting along with all the other award winners from across the State of Washington.
