SUMMARY:Yoga Basics with Dianne
DESCRIPTION:Improve your flexibility\, balance\, strength\, and relaxation using basic yoga postures and breathing techniques while enjoying the charm at the museum \nDianne McCammon will lead this small\, adults-only yoga series. Yoga Basics is slower-paced and focuses on developing a clear and safe alignment of fundamental postures. This series of classes is designed for beginners\, those recovering from injury or anyone wanting to refine their current practice. Come learn\, play\, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome. \nDianne is certified at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance and is a Registered Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists. \nPlease bring your mat and water. Space is limited. \n\nJune Classes\nClasses are between June 2-30\, Mondays and Wednesdays\, starting at 10 AM.  \nRegistration is priced for each monthly series. \nYou may choose to take the class one or two days per week. \nPrices for June: \n\n\nMondays is $65 for members and $75 for non-members.\n\n\nWednesdays is $50 for members and $60 for non-members.\n\nClass on both Monday and Wednesday is $110 for members and $125 for non-members.\nClass for a single drop-in day is $15.\n\nREGISTER HERE \n\nDisclaimer\nPlease bring your mat and water. DESCRIPTION:Uncover Early 20th Century Life of the Wenatchee Valley in this free history presentation \n Join the Battermann family as they share stories of their lives growing up in the Wenatchee Valley on Wednesday\, June 4\, from 6-8 PM.  \nWhen George Battermann Sr. came to the Valley in 1904\, life wasn’t easy\, but he persisted and helped grow the Valley into what it is today. Batterman’s son and grandson\, who were both born and raised in the valley\, will recall stories from the old days\, from racing down to meet the steamships on the Columbia River\, to excavating the road to Entiat\, and asking W.T. Clark for help with acquiring land.  \nThis presentation is free and open to the community. Beverages are available for purchase\, with complimentary refreshments provided. Pre-registration is required.
