Yoga Basics with Dianne

Improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation skills while learning basic postures and breathing techniques at the historic Wells House.
Dianne McCammon leads this Yoga Basics series, intended for an adult audience. Dianne is certified at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance and is a Registered Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. With its slower pace, Yoga Basics is great for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone wanting to refine and refresh their current practice. Come learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.
Please bring your own mat and water. Space is limited; pre-registration is encouraged.
Classes are January 5, 7, 12, 14, 26, and 28. Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 10 AM. Registration is priced for each monthly series.
January 5 -14, 26 & 28

One day a week (only Mondays or only Wednesdays) is $35 for members and $45 for non-members.

Class on both Monday and Wednesday is $65 for members and $80 for non-members.

Class for a single drop-in day is $15.
(3 Mondays and 3 Wednesdays for a total of 6 days)
