Drive & Dine, Wings & Wine Historic Landmark Tour A Hit!

Last Sunday marked our epic Drive & Dine, Wings & Wine Historic Landmarks Tour that took place today. Take a look at the YouTube video for a little taste of what we experienced on the roads and in the skies of North Central Washington.

Special thanks to the Wenatchee Valley Antique Auto Club, the Spirit of Wenatchee aviation club, Lulu’s Kitchen for providing lunch and Fielding Hills Winery for providing the excellent wine.

Thanks to Bill Layman for being our guide and regaling us with tales and folklore from the Wenatchi tribe and other Native American bands who inhabited this valley long ago. And last but not least, thanks to the generous patrons of the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center who purchased this silent auction item at last season’s Winter Wine Gala. The wine gala is the museum’s single largest fundraising event and it’s through the generosity of folks in the Antique Auto Club and the Spirit of Wenatchee club that we were able to auction off this amazing experience for the benefit of the museum.
