Echoes of Labor: Piano Narratives

Experience this multimedia performance by Fulbright Scholar Garrett Snedeker

On Thursday, August 15, from 6:30-8 PM, we invite you to a special performance by Fulbright scholar, pianist, and local music teacher Garrett Snedeker, showcasing a multimedia performance exploring the history of labor in America.

This performance is comprised of four short films set to North American Ballads, four piano pieces by American composer Frederic Rzewski. Prior to the performance, there will be a brief discussion about the creation of this project and its inspiration.

This event is suitable for adults and older children. Light refreshments and beverages will be offered. Admission is free for members and $5 for non-members. Registration is recommended and can be found here.
