Screening of “Best Day Ever”

Local Screening of “Best Day Ever” Highlights Adaptive Riders and the Power of Outdoor Access for All

WHAT:   Belonging in the Outdoors: TREAD, NCW Equity Alliance, Visit Chelan County, Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, Chelan-Douglas Land Trust, Wenatchee Valley YMCA, Thriving Together NCW and Wenatchee Valley Museum are hosting a free showing of the film “Best Day Ever”. This documentary follows adaptive mountain bikers as they tackle daily challenges of disability and finding joy, connection, and belonging. 

WHO:     TREAD, NCW Equity Alliance, Visit Chelan County, Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, CDLT,  Wenatchee Valley YMCA, Thriving Together NCW and Wenatchee Valley Museum. 

WHY:    To celebrate adaptive mountain biking and shared outdoor experiences, and to build awareness, connection, and respect across our region’s outdoor community. “Best Day Ever” offers a real look at how people experience trails differently, and why thoughtful, collaborative planning/design matters. 

WHEN: Thursday, April 23rd from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Doors open at 5 pm.  Free Admission, Registration Required, Tickets Available on EventBrite.
