Join us for a week of Food, Food, Glorious Food at our Super Summer Adventure Camps. We offer weekly enrichment classes for kids with a wide variety of morning, afternoon, and all day classes for students entering K-6 grades in the Fall of 2020 and PreK children ages 3-5 (must be potty trained).

Morning (9 AM – 12 PM)

PreK: Edible Story Time

From the Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle to Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs by Ron Barrett, explore the many ways authors talk about delicious food while telling a story. Sample delicious food while you take a journey through a delicious, literary adventure.

Grades K-1: Dough Creations

Let’s roll out the dough for this class! Learn how to make various types of dough including playdough and cookie dough.  We will let our imaginations soar and see how creative we can be with our dough creations.

Grades 2-3: Cakes & More

Create delicious treats in this class where baking is just as much fun as the eating! Learn how to make cookies from a boxed cake mix, decorate your own cupcake and learn some basic cooking skills!

Grades 4-6: Secret Life of Breads

Enjoy a science experiment and a feast all rolled into one in the exciting culinary exploration of the science of bread making. Explore quick breads, cultural breads, yeast breads and yummy dips!

Afternoon (12:30 – 3:30 PM)

Grades K-1: Gross Grub

Create fun (and delicious) food including cow chips, dirty bath water, worms in mud, dirt clods, snake guts, and terrible tacos. Come join us for a yucky good time.

Grades 2-3: Candyology

What is your favorite kind of candy? Have you ever thought about the science behind what makes candy so sweet? We will take on the challenge of making some of your favorites and then tasting them to see if we were successful!

Grades 4-6: Edible Creations

Is the perfect snack crunchy, salty, gooey, or colorful? Use your senses to explore the colors, smells, and tastes of food. Experiment with kitchen chemistry and make your own tasty treats.

Tips & Tricks for Online Registration

• Use the “next page” buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate through registration options. “Events by Date” results in an error message.
• Add one item to your cart at a time.
• After adding your first item and completing registration forms for your first camp, you will be able to autofill your information into future forms from a drop-down menu on the left once the item is added to your cart.
• If registering multiple children for the same camp, you will need to complete a registration form for each child.
• If your browser is slow or having a hard time loading, try using Internet Explorer.
