Museum Announced New Board Members
The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center Board of Trustees welcomed two new directors. Felicity Saberhagen and Wendy Flanagan who began three-year board terms in January.
Felicity Saberhagen works for the Chelan PUD as a business manager. Felicity brings to the Board her skills in strategic planning, asset management, compliance and audit, and business process improvement. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from Washington State University and is completing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Felicity will serve on the personnel and finance committees of the Board.
Wendy Flanagan is marketing coordinator for GLP attorneys. She brings to the board her considerable skills in business development and brand marketing. In addition to her work with GLP, she was brand marketing specialist for Ryan Patrick Wines, which she and her husband started in 2012. Wendy has strong skills as an event planner, demonstrated in her work to support events and fundraising at St. Joseph’s in Wenatchee. Wendy is serving on the communications and marketing committee of the Board.
Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center
At the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center we gather, engage, and educate people to celebrate and preserve the history, arts, sciences, and rich diversity of our region. The Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates with the support of the cities of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee, as well as private donors. The Museum is housed in two historic federal-style downtown buildings that served early Wenatchee as the Post Office and Annex.
