It’s Time to Book Holiday Parties!

As fall quickly approaches, people are beginning to plan for end-of-year holiday events: staff parties, family reunions and receptions. Why not consider the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center as a location for your event?

Our facility rental calendar is already filling up with party bookings, so give us a call soon to schedule a date for your gathering. We’ve got several spaces to consider. The performance area can seat 100 at long tables or up to 200 with stand-up banquet tables and chairs around the perimeter. The catering kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. The swing room, downstairs from the Main Gallery, has its own refrigerator and sink and a separate exit onto the alley; it seats 30. Our arts-oriented Coyote’s Corner is perfect for a child’s birthday party for up to 25 guests. The Queen’s Court, adjacent to our apple industry exhibit, features pink walls and photos of Apple Blossom Royalty from 1920 to today.

Hourly rental prices vary, with discounts for museum members and nonprofit agencies. Extra amenities include table linens, use of our grand piano, and the popcorn machine. Call Suzanne Robinson at 509-888-6241 to book your event!

Another great venue for a holiday party is the historic Wells House on the Wenatchee Valley College campus. Owned by the Wenatchee Valley Museum, this architectural treasure is managed by a dedicated group of volunteers, the Wells House Committee. Call the museum for party booking information.
