Youth on the Columbia

May 19, 2023 – We’re excited to announce the return of Youth on the Columbia!

Youth on the Columbia is a field experience program offered by the Wenatchee Row & Paddle Club and the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. More than 500 students participate each spring, learning about European exploration and the fur trade on the Columbia Plateau and its impact on indigenous populations.

This year, several classes of fourth graders from the Wenatchee Valley got to experience Youth on the Columbia.
